On August 29, 2024, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 40,000 Series A shares at approximately Mexican Pesos $40.88 million, following a shareholder approval on August 6, 2024. After this buyback, there are now 95,320,885 Series A shares outstanding.
