On May 16, 2024, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 110,317 Series A shares at 792.18 Mexican Pesos each for a total of approximately 87.39 million Mexican Pesos, following approval from a shareholder meeting on April 24, 2023. After the buyback, 96,485,296 Series A shares remain outstanding.
