On May 22, 2024, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 5,340 Series A shares at MXN $778.45 each for a total of approximately MXN $4.16 million, as approved by shareholders on April 24, 2023. After this repurchase, there are now 96,147,278 Series A shares outstanding.
