On August 28, 2024, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 40,000 Series A shares at a price of 1,003.27 Mexican Pesos each, totaling approximately 40.13 million Pesos. As of now, there are 95,360,885 Series A shares outstanding after this repurchase.
