Woori Financial Group approved the acquisition of 429,000,430 shares of its subsidiary Woori Investment Securities for approximately KRW 1 trillion, set for May 4, 2026. This aims to boost the subsidiary's competitiveness and will result in full ownership of 100% of the total issued shares.
