PNM Resources, Inc. announced the departure of their Vice President and Corporate Controller, Henry E. Monroy, and the appointment of Gerald Robert Bischoff as his successor. The company also approved retention agreements for their Chairman and CEO, Patricia K. Collawn, Senior VP and General Counsel, Patrick V. Apodaca, and President and COO, Joseph D. Tarry.
