PNM Resources Inc. filed an amendment to their Form 8-K to refile their Restated Articles of Incorporation and the Opinion of Leonard D. Sanchez, Associate General Counsel, and also entered into an amendment to their Distribution Agreement to increase the offering sales price of their common stock from $100 million to $300 million.
