On June 13, 2025, Longeveron Inc. held its annual stockholder meeting where they elected Rock Soffer as a director, approved changes to their 2021 Incentive Award Plan, and ratified the appointment of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as their independent accounting firm for fiscal 2025. The voting results included 8,721,836 votes for Soffer and 8,626,417 for the plan amendment.
