Longeveron Inc. announced the appointment of Lisa Locklear as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective from July 31, 2023. She will replace James Clavijo, the interim CFO. Lisa's initial base salary will be $400,000. She will also receive an equity award of 40,000 time-based vesting Restricted Stock Units.
