ORIX Corporation has completed the repurchase of 4,181,800 common shares, totaling approximately JPY 21.9 billion, from February 1 to February 27, 2026. Additionally, it plans to cancel 38,855,620 shares on March 10, 2026, in line with its policy to limit holdings to 2% of issued shares.
