ORIX Corporation reported a share repurchase of 4,407,600 common shares for a total price of approximately JPY 20.8 billion, executed from January 1 to January 31, 2026, as part of a larger plan approved previously. The cumulative shares repurchased to date total 34,024,800, costing about JPY 128.1 billion since the initial resolution in May 2025.
