Hyatt Hotels Corp announced a joint venture with Grupo Pi ero to manage Bahia Principe-branded Hotels & Resorts, investing $359 million for 50% ownership, which will expand Hyatt's all-inclusive offerings by 30% and add 23 resorts with over 12,000 rooms.
