Hyatt Hotels Corp has entered into a Purchase Agreement to acquire Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. for $13.50 per share, aiming to make Playa an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Hyatt, with the offer expected to close by October 9, 2025, subject to various conditions.
