On April 29, 2024, Brazilian Distribution Company held its General Meeting, approving the management report for 2023, offsetting a net loss of R$ 1.93 billion, and determining an annual management remuneration of R$ 70.37 million. A new Incentive Plan linked to shares and stock options was also approved, replacing the existing plan.
