ZIM Integrated Shipping Services held its annual general meeting on January 2, 2026, where several directors were appointed, but a new compensation policy was rejected by a vote of 12,057,533 for to 28,433,811 against. The meeting had occurred because of an earlier postponement from December 26, 2025.
