On May 8, 2025, Westlake Corporation held its annual meeting where four board members were elected and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as the independent auditor for 2025, receiving approximately 123 million votes in favor; the vote results also showed substantial support for the elected directors with around 111 million votes each.
