On January 9, 2026, VisionWave Holdings, Inc. entered a strategic joint venture with BOCA JOM, LLC and others to develop high-security tech projects, based on an internal valuation of $1 billion for negotiation. The joint venture will initially last seven years and involves share contributions from the involved companies, subject to regulatory approvals.
