Valero Energy Corporation announced the promotion of Gary K. Simmons to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective from July 20, 2023. His annualized base salary will increase to $900,000 and the long-term incentive award target percentage will rise to 450% for the last six months of 2023.
