UMB Financial Corp entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Heartland Financial USA, Inc. and Blue Sky Merger Sub Inc., with HTLF surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary of UMB, and UMB Bank, National Association continuing as the surviving bank in the Bank Merger.
