Tenaris SA announced it will acquire Artrom Steel Tubes S.A. for EUR 86 million to enhance its pipe manufacturing capabilities in Europe, with closing expected in Q4 2026. The acquisition includes a plant with a capacity of 450,000 metric tons of steel and 200,000 metric tons of seamless pipes.
