On December 12, 2025, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia held an Extraordinary General Meeting where major resolutions included a partial spin-off of the wholesale fiber connectivity business and changes to the Articles of Association, with over 85% of shares represented at the meeting. The company also appointed new management including a new Director for Wholesale & International Services.
