Millicom International Cellular S.A. announced the partial closure of a $975 million infrastructure sale agreement with SBA Communications, generating about $600 million in proceeds as of June 13, 2025. The company will declare a special dividend of $2.50 per share, representing 45% of the proceeds, to be distributed in two installments on October 15, 2025, and April 15, 2026.
