Acuren Corporation will change its name to TIC Solutions, Inc. on or about October 10, 2025, following its merger with NV5 Global, Inc. The company anticipates service revenue between $460 million to $480 million for Q3 2025 and $1.53 billion to $1.57 billion for the full year.
