On April 25, 2024, Telecom Argentina's shareholders approved resolutions including the appointment of directors, a negative retained earnings balance of AR$ 390,774,751,644, and authorized cash dividend distributions of up to US$ 100 million. The shareholders also approved compensation for directors and the appointment of independent auditors for the fiscal year 2024.
