Neuronetics, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Greenbrook TMS Inc., with shareholders of Greenbrook expected to hold 43% and Neuronetics shareholders 57% of the combined company, involving the issuance of approximately 25.3 million shares of Neuronetics common stock.
