Surrozen, Inc. has announced a restructuring move, whereby Dr. Wen-Chen Yeh, the Chief Scientific Officer, will step down from his role and join the Scientific Advisory Board effective July 31, 2023. Dr. Yeh will receive nine months of salary continuation payments of approximately $337,365.00 and payment, on Dr. Yeh's behalf, of the premiums for group health and/or dental insurance coverage under COBRA until April 30, 2024.
