On December 27, 2025, Scully Royalty Ltd. held its annual meeting where shareholders elected a new board of directors, replacing the prior members, who did not receive majority votes. Following the meeting, on December 28, 2025, the new board convened and appointed Skyler Wichers as Chairman and established new committee members.
