On June 25, 2025, Solventum Corp amended its agreement with Thermo Fisher to exclude its drinking water filtration business from a sale, adjusting the cash consideration from approximately $4.10 billion to $4.00 billion and allowing for a future payment of up to $75 million related to that business.
