Steven Madden Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Mercury Acquisitions Topco Limited for approximately $289 million, with a base purchase price of $202 million at closing, subject to adjustments. The transaction is supported by a commitment for $550 million in debt financing from major banks.
