Tempur Sealy International, Inc. has entered into a merger agreement with Mattress Firm Group Inc., Lima Holdings Corporation, and Lima Deal Corporation LLC, with Tempur acquiring Mattress Firm for $2,715,000,000 in cash and 34.2 million shares of Tempur common stock.
