On June 30, 2025, Seaport Entertainment Group Inc. transferred 100% of its interests in Fulton Seafood Market, LLC to its subsidiary, making it the sole member of the Joint Venture while retaining a 25% minority interest in Jean-Georges Restaurants. This resulted in the termination of related management agreements and the establishment of new license agreements.
