SolarEdge Technologies appointed Gilad Almogy and Yoram Teitz as new directors, increasing its Board from 8 to 10 members, with Almogy also joining the Technology Committee and Teitz becoming the Audit Committee chairman; both will receive restricted stock units as compensation.
