RXO, Inc. has entered into agreements to sell 20,954,780 shares of common stock at $20.21 each and pre-funded warrants for $20.20 each, raising approximately $550 million to help fund its acquisition of Coyote Logistics, with the private placement expected to close on August 13, 2024.
