Regal Rexnord Corp announced the retirement of Thomas E. Valentyn as an executive officer and the appointment of Hugo Dubovoy, Jr. as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. They also approved an amendment and restatement of the Company's Supplemental Retirement Plan.
