RBB Bancorp has signed an employment agreement with Johnny Lee, the newly appointed President and Chief Banking Officer, with a minimum base salary of $575,000, stock options, benefits and a signing bonus of $100,000. The agreement also provides severance clauses and restrictive covenants.
