On October 27, 2025, Qorvo, Inc. agreed to merge with Skyworks Solutions, where each Qorvo share will convert to 0.960 shares of Skyworks and $32.50 in cash. Following the merger, Qorvo will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Skyworks, and the new equity structure will see Skyworks holding approximately 63% of the combined company.
