Colombier Acquisition Corp. announced that its stockholders voted in favor of a business combination with PSQ Holdings, Inc., now known as PublicSq. Inc., on July 19, 2023. The business combination was completed subsequently, and the registered company name changed from Colombier Acquisition Corp. to PSQ Holdings, Inc. The combined company will continue existing operations of PublicSq as a publicly traded company, and begin trading under the symbols PSQH and PSQH WS on the New York Stock Exchange on July 20, 2023.
