On May 19, 2025, Perpetua Resources Corp. received the final Clean Water Act permit for the Stibnite Gold Project, and on May 23, 2025, submitted a request for $2 billion in debt financing from the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Additionally, they were awarded up to $6.9 million in funding from the Department of Defense for materials testing related to military applications.
