Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Castle Creek Capital Partners VII, L.P. for a private placement, and announced the retirement of Walter F. Rusnak as CFO and the appointment of Justin K. Bigham as the new CFO.
