Palisade Bio, Inc. appointed Margery Fischbein to its Board of Directors, who will serve until the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders or until she resigns, is removed, or her successor is appointed. Ms. Fischbein has been determined to be independent and will serve on the Company's audit committee. She will receive cash compensation and an option to purchase 1,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
