On June 17, 2025, Plains GP Holdings LP announced that its subsidiary entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Keyera Corp. to sell Plains Midstream Canada ULC for approximately C$5.15 billion, expected to close in Q1 2026, while retaining most NGL assets in the U.S. and crude oil assets in Canada.
