Otter Tail Corporation entered into a new credit agreement providing a $170 million line of credit, which can increase to $290 million, and its subsidiary secured a $220 million line of credit, with both agreements expiring on December 11, 2029; as of the agreement date, $31.1 million was outstanding under the subsidiary's credit agreement.
