ARCA biopharma, Inc. approved an amendment to the retention bonus letters of Thomas A. Keuer and C. Jeffrey Dekker, increasing the aggregate amount of the retention bonus by 50% to $150,000 and providing a portion of the bonus to be paid on December 8, 2023.
