One Liberty Properties Inc has agreed to acquire two industrial properties in Theodore, Alabama for $49 million, which have a total area of 371,586 square feet and generate approximately $3.1 million in annual rent, with a financing plan involving a $29 million mortgage at 6.12% interest.
