On January 13, 2026, John R. Van Kirk announced his retirement effective January 30, 2026, with Nancy J. Floyd Prue appointed as interim Managing Director during the transition. Nancy Prue has extensive experience in oil and gas investments and is currently the Trust’s Managing Trustee.
