Richard N. Cardozo resigned from the Board of Directors of National Presto Industries, Inc. and Douglas J. Frederick was appointed to fill the vacancy. Stockholders re-elected Randy F. Lieble and Joseph G. Stienessen as directors and ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm.
