NI Holdings, Inc. adopted Articles of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to declassify the Board of Directors, eliminate supermajority voting requirements, eliminate the prohibition on shareholders calling special meetings, and made other minor changes. The Amended Bylaws were also adopted.
