Nordson Corp announced the appointment of Joseph P. Kelley as Executive Vice President and Industrial Precision Solutions segment leader, effective November 1, 2023, succeeding Jeffrey A. Pembroke who will retire on the same date. Stephen Shamrock will be appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer until a successor is identified. Restricted share units were granted to both Kelley and Shamrock.
