Coliseum Acquisition Corp. entered into a Purchase Agreement with Berto LLC to sell Class B ordinary shares and private placement warrants for $1.00 plus monthly advances of up to $100,000; current officers and directors will resign and be replaced by individuals designated by Acquirer.
