MYT Netherlands Parent B.V. (Mytheresa) completed the acquisition of YOOX Net-a-Porter Group on April 23, 2025, transferring 49,741,342 shares, representing 33% of its post-issuance capital. Amber Pepper and two other board members resigned immediately after the closing; the company will change its name to LuxExperience B.V. on May 1, 2025.
